HRACRE supports creative approaches to funding roads, schools, jails and other infrastructure requirements. Partnerships between the public and private sectors are one such method. Our industry, however, believes that the process to establish these joint ventures must not be unduly onerous in terms of time or money, and therefore we oppose any initiatives that would do so.
